  • How long will it take to build my website?

    Websites are designed and built within five days of receiving the completed content form.  The process can vary depending on your response time and requested revisions, but on average from start to finish we will have a website live for you in 7-10 days.  Rush service is available at an additional fee.

  • What types of businesses can you help?

    Our service is ideal for small businesses that need a professional appearance online to stay competitive in their market.  If you are in need of a more complex solution with more custom features we have partner companies that can develop your site for you, but if you need a very large site with many complex and custom features this is not the best fit for you.

  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

    Yes, you can cancel at any time with no fees or penalties*.


  • Will you train me on how to use my website?

    There is no need for training as we will handle all the updates and maintenance required.  You can simply send an email with the requested updates.  If you would like to be in full control of certain aspects of the site like the blog, for example, we can give you that access and show you how to update it.


  • Will my website design be search engine friendly?

    Yes!  Search engines love fast, secure sites that provide a great user experience, and our sites always do that.

  • Will you help me write content for my website?

    The main content of the site is your responsibility, but we understand not everyone is a writer.  If you need help formatting or writing basic content for your site we are happy to help, and more advanced copywriting services like full page content and blogs are available for an additional fee.

  • Will my website be mobile friendly?

    Yes!  All of our websites are automatically built to work on desktop computers, tablets, and mobile phones, and you will be able to review how your site looks on each during the review and approval process.

  • What if I don’t like the website?

    Our sites come with unlimited revisions, so this shouldn’t be a concern, but in the unlikely event that we just can’t develop something, you love you will be refunded your initial fee in full with no questions asked.  Once the initial design is approved and you move into our subscription program you can still continue to request updates and edits as well.

  • How much will a website cost me?

    Our standard plan is a fixed $229 a month and that includes all costs to create, host, manage and update a really great website that you can be proud of.  We do offer additional services and upgrades, but for most businesses, the standard plan will be the perfect solution.

*Subscriptions cancelled before the 12th consecutive payment are subject to pay a pro-rated development fee if you wish to retain full rights to your website design. After 12 consecutive months all design and development rights are automatically transferred to the subscriber.
